[VERY LATE]



9th Aug,
Shahidah invited myself and a couple of our school friends and other close friends for her 22nd birthday at MBS! I was pretty stoked since its like my first trip ever to MBS! Yeah and we were on the 24th floor. Not very high but the view was still pretty amazing. Managed to catch the lovely display of fireworks as well for the national day celebrations! Best part of the whole view was the sea of red and white people at the Floating Platform and everywhere else! There was just so many people! & I definitely felt the Singapore Spirit and like love for the country.

Yeah, but to be a killjoy, somehow this 'love' seemed pretty short term. Yeah, sure everyone was saying the pledge and singing the national anthem as loud as they could with all the passion they could gather within themselves, but like honestly, after this, im pretty sure everyone's going back to square 1- Complaining about SG's education system, blah blah blah. But yeah, oh well

Met up with Irna, Irfan, Lohges, Arianne, and Vern at Bayfront station. My goodness, it was packed as hell! Insane I tell you. We went over to Pandora at the Shoppes to get Shahidah something she always wanted from Pandora (:


and I got to try my very first Macaroon from TWG. Shared it with the girls too! Box of 6 = $12. It's actually pretty cheap!


Head over to MBS afterwards for Shahidah's little gathering and got to watch the fireworks from a great distance and Height :)
























So that's about all at Shahidah's Birthday. I had lots of fun just hanging out with my classmates and you know, just enjoying ourselves. Really great :)))
